Easy to cook and nutritious chicken soup in tamarind with mustasa (mustard leaves)
Ingredients:
1 kilo chicken, sliced
2 bundle of mustard leaves (mustasa)
1 small bundle of string beans (optional)
1 thumb size ginger
1 onion
6 cups of water
1 small pack of sinigang mix (tamarind powder)
Procedure:
1.  Saute garlic then onion.
2.  Add the chicken, cook (sinangkutsa) and add a little water as necessary then simmer. Do not let the chicken dry.
3.  Add 6 cups of water. (You may add more water if you want to get more soup)
4.  Bring to a boil stirring occasionally until the chicken meat is cooked.
5.  Add the mustard leaves then simmer for a minute.
6.  Add the sinigang mix and simmer for a minute.
Serve with rice! Enjoy! Wow sabaw!
